The Candidate:

  • An experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor operating at Partner level, or a Legal Director / Senior Associate ready to step up
  • Strong technical expertise across a wide range of commercial disputes
  • A proven or developing client following, with the ability to generate work and build a sustainable pipeline
  • Commercially driven, with the ambition to play a leading role in growing the practice
  • Experience gained within a reputable regional, national, or international firm
  • Ambitious and motivated, with a clear interest in progression towards Equity Partnership

  • Generous holiday entitlement (minimum of 33 days annual leave plus bank holidays)
  • Flexible and hybrid working arrangements
  • Clear and transparent pathway to Equity Partnership
  • Collaborative, forward-thinking, and ambitious firm culture
  • Strong period of sustained growth and investment
  • Excellent scope for career progression within a dynamic and growing team
