✨ About the Role

As the Fabric Technologist, you'll be at the heart of product creation, driving material innovation and ensuring their fabrics meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and sustainability

.

You'll be responsible for:

• Implement and oversee testing procedures to ensure fabrics are at industry standards

• Researching new finishes, techniques, and sustainable solutions

• Managing fabric development across multiple seasons and product categories

• Work with test houses to conduct physical and chemical tests on fabrics

• Building strong relationships with mills and suppliers globally

• Collaborating closely with Design, Development, Production, Merchandising, and Supply Chain teams

✨ Looking For

✔ 5+ years' experience in Fabric Technology or a related textile role, ideally with technical wovens and fabrics knowledge

✔ Strong technical knowledge of fabric construction, testing, and manufacturing processes

✔ Experience working with Far Eastern suppliers and global supply chains

✔ A passion for sustainable materials and responsible sourcing

✔ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

✔ A collaborative mindset and keen attention to detail

Candidates will need to have full right to work in the UK and be in commuting distance to head office. This role is based onsite. Hybrid or remote working requirements is not available
