Multi Skilled Plumber

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Plumber to join a busy social housing maintenance team covering Hulme and surrounding areas. The successful candidate will have a strong background in social housing repairs and be capable of delivering high-quality workmanship while providing excellent customer service.\n \n Key Responsibilities\nCarry out day-to-day plumbing repairs within social housing properties.\nComplete planned and reactive maintenance works.\nUndertake basic multi-trade tasks where required.\nEnsure all work is completed safely and in line with company procedures.\nMaintain accurate records of work completed.\nProvide a professional service to tenants and residents.\n Requirements\nNVQ Level 2 in Plumbing or equivalent.\nPrevious experience working within social housing repairs and maintenance.\nFull UK Driving Licence.\nMulti-trade skills would be advantageous.\nStrong understanding of health and safety requirements.\nAbility to work independently and manage workloads effectively.\n Salary & Benefits\nSalary: £26 (LTD) per hour\nCompany Van provided.\nTools provided.\nPPE provided.\nOvertime available.\n40 hours per week.\nShift pattern of 11:30am–8:00pm on four weekdays, plus every Saturday 8:00am–4:30pm.\n How to Apply\n \n For more information or to apply, please contact Harry on (phone number removed) or email your CV to (url removed)
